*Entry on the day will not be accepted. Registration will close once the maximum number of participants has been reached.
* Your entry will be considered complete once both your entry has been accepted and payment has been confirmed .
* Priority will be given to those who have received their participation fee in order of entry.
Once you have applied, please make payment as soon as possible.
*Once your application and payment have been confirmed, we will send you a formal receipt by postcard.
*Participation fees must be paid by 6:00 p.m. on the closing date.
* If you notify us of your cancellation by the entry deadline, we will refund your entry fee.
*Please note that no refunds will be given if you cancel after the entry deadline.
